What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and provide a professional, positive service experience
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate shop workflow
  • Create and communicate repair estimates
  • Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs in customer-friendly language
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
  • Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion
  • Monitor work progress and update customers on repair status
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Help keep daily shop operations organized and running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
  • Diesel, truck, automotive, agricultural equipment, or mechanical industry experience is a plus
  • Experience working in a repair shop environment preferred
